Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note, during sale periods delivery will be between 3-4 working days.

We may experience potential delays due to a high volume of orders, or postal service issues (that are outside of our control) which could increase the above processing times.

Shipping Rates and Estimates
We currently offer complimentary shipping to the US and Canada and you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days.
In the event we do charge for shipping, calculated shipping rates and shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Cutoff times
Our cutoff time for orders to be processed the same day is 2pm (PST), any orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.  

Import Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. CTRNE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are therefore your responsibility as the customer.

Checking the Status of my Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
