Refund policy

RETURNS
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags intact and in all its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If a discount code is used at the time of purchase which entitles customers to a free gift on all orders above $x amount, you will be required to return the free gift along with the items you wish to return in the event that the new order value falls below the $x amount threshold disclosed at the time of purchase.

To request a complimentary return for a US or Canadian order, please contact us at: info@ctrne.com stating your order number and name, along with the reason for your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For purchases made outside of CTRNE.com for example at one of our stockists, we are unable to assist with refunds and exchanges. Your receipt acts as your contract with the retailer and each stockist has their own returns policy, so please check when making a purchase. The final decision is at the retailer's discretion. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
In the very unlikely event that your item may arrive defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we may evaluate and rectify the issue. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. 

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want, is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted and make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at: info@ctrne.com.
